A few days out from their wedding, Terrence and Emily emailed ShowPro to ask if it was possible to hire a sound system for their outdoor wedding ceremony, followed by their reception venue for the speeches. There were two challenges right away. First- there was no power available where they planned to have the ceremony, and second, the reception venue was at a different location, one that had limited power points.

The first problem was solved by adding to the hire the very quiet Honda EU10i Portable Inverter Generator (which was off to the left of the picture below and was inaudible during the ceremony at Percy’s Scenic Reserve in Lower Hutt), and the second issue was resolved by placing the Bose speaker off to one side and upgrading Terrence and Emily to a wireless radio microphone for the night. There were comments made when I set the equipment up by the Groom, Groomsmen and Celebrant about how discreet the system was, yet how incredibly clear it sounded.

Here’s their comment:

“Hi Richard
We wish to express our thanks to you for your incredible service and the amazing job you did with providing us the right equipment with such short notice.  We would highly recommend your services to others and we will definitely be contacting you again when required.
Many thanks again!
Terrence & Emily”
